Paying attention to sun and blue light into your daily skincare routine
When we’re asked for our top skincare tip, it’s definitely to use a good quality UVA and UVB sunscreen regularly all year round!
Protecting your skin from harmful UV and UVB rays is not just a summer thing! It is very important to protect your skin all year round. Did you know, for example, that blue light from various screens affects the skin on our faces, causing changes and signs of ageing? Broad spectrum sunscreens also protect the skin from cold and free radical damage. Exposure to UV radiation accelerates the skin’s ageing process and can also disrupt the skin’s immune system and increase the risk of skin cancer.
Have you tried the effectiveness of chemical peels?
Chemical peels, or acid treatments, are very effective methods for treating a wide range of skin
problems. Effective chemical peels renew the skin with unprecedented
efficiency and speed.
Acid peels give fast and visible results in skin care. The skin becomes clean and soft, and the texture, surface and colour of the skin improve. All chemical peels accelerate the natural regeneration of skin cells and the removal of dead cells, the stratum corneum. The method of treatment is always chosen in consultation with the cosmetologist treating you. To achieve the desired results, chemical peels are recommended at least 4-6 times in a series, every 2-4 weeks.
Microneedling
Microneedling is an effective, knife-free treatment for fine lines and lifeless skin. Microneedling can be performed mechanically with a microneedling machine, or manually with a microneedling roller. At Fenix, we use the highest quality bdr microneedling equipment.
In microneedling, narrow needles make tiny micro-holes in the skin. The micro-channels created in the skin by microneedling also allow the treatment serums applied to the skin to be much better absorbed, thus having a significant impact on the condition of the skin.

Regularity is the key: wash your face daily and use creams and serums every morning and evening. Exfoliation and masks are used weekly. Filler treatments
