Cancellation and customer service

You can cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled time:

  • by logging in to your customer account online
  • by phone during our customer service hours on weekdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • by email

You cannot cancel or reschedule an appointment via text message. A notification sent via text message is not considered a cancellation or change to an appointment.

Please note that appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, in accordance with our cancellation policy.

You can cancel or reschedule your appointment at any time from your customer account, as long as there are at least 24 hours until your appointment. You can find instructions for changing or canceling your appointment by clicking this link.

Please email us immediately regarding this matter. In this case, your appointment can no longer be canceled, but it can be rescheduled once due to a sudden illness. You can find more detailed instructions in our Terms of Service.
