Booking an appointment to the salons

We have three offices, each of which you can book an appointment at via the links on this page. You can also easily book an appointment using the Fenix app.

  • You can find the fastest time to make an appointment online.
  • We highly recommend downloading our app, which makes booking an appointment even easier.
  • A successful booking will always be confirmed by email, and a reminder will be sent by email and SMS.
  • You can make an appointment by phone on weekdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. tel. 050 595 7979

DOWNLOAD THE FENIX APP

  • All changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the booked time.
  • For unused or uncancelled times, we will charge the full price of the booked service, plus a €10 surcharge.
  • Failure to pay the invoice will automatically transfer the invoice to collection agency.
  • Please note that all appointments made within 24 hours are always binding.
  • If you miss your booked time, you will still be charged the full price of the service.
  • In cases of sudden illness, the time can be rescheduled once free of charge. Time postponed due to sudden illness can no longer be postponed or cancelled free of charge.
  • If an appointment is cancelled due to illness less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, we will need a doctor’s note.

  • By registering as a customer, you give us permission to send you service messages. You can change your messaging preferences at any time in your customer profile.

Changing and cancelling an appointment

If you have more than 24 hours left on your appointment, you can, at any time, reschedule, change or cancel your appointment by logging into your account.

On your mobile device, you can find your booking under “my booking”.

There is a button to postpone or cancel your reservation.

On your computer, you can find your booking under “my booking history”.

Booking an appointment for more than one person

If you want to make a reservation for more than one person, you can do so via the “more information” section of the appointment booking form.

To add people to the booking, first press the “Add people” option.

Then press the “Add people” button.
