Fenix loyalty programme

As a loyalty customer, you also earn points by recommending us. Joining does not commit you to anything, and it costs you nothing.

As a Fenix loyalty customer, your service and product purchases earn points in your loyalty account. Once you have accumulated points in your account, you can redeem your points as vouchers. You can use vouchers to pay for almost all of our services. You are entitled to our loyalty benefits as soon as you join the loyalty programme and your points are automatically credited to your loyalty account every time you make a payment.

500 POINTS = 10 € voucher*

Loyalty points accrue on all regular-priced purchases of products and services, except the following:

  • injection nurse services
  • special hairdresser services (Emppu)
  • permanent pigmentation, microblading services
  • promotional services and products
  • trainee services

When you use our services, you earn double points for your new appointment by booking a new appointment at the time of your visit or at the latest on the same day.

You can make an appointment using our app, via our website, directly in the shop or by calling us.

If you book your next time on the same day, for example for €50, you will earn double points for your new booking (100 points in total). Double points for a new appointment will only be added to your account when you pay for the treatment in question. If you have to cancel your appointment, no additional points will accrue.

For an extra 50 points, submit a review to our Phorest review request email and share your review on Google at the same time. The extra points will automatically accrue to your loyalty account.

Once you have accumulated points in your account, you can redeem your points as vouchers. You can use your points to pay for almost all our services.

  • For our regular customers, we offer monthly promotions that change every month.
  • Loyalty points redeemable as vouchers.
  • After your Purlés Special Cavity Treatment, you can get the Purlés products that are right for your treatment with an attractive -10% discount. The benefit only applies to products from the skincare line included in the facial.

You cannot use loyalty points to pay for gift card purchases or services of an injection therapist.

Gift card purchases will always accrue points to the recipient of the gift card if they choose to join our loyalty programme when they pay with the gift card. So paying with a gift card at Fenix will earn you loyalty points in the same way as other payment methods.

Earn points by recommending us to your friends

You’ll get an extra 50 points in your loyalty account if your friend comes to us as a new client for the first time, based on your recommendation.

Your friend should tell us the name of their referrer and we’ll credit 50 points directly to your account.
