When I was studying for this profession, we new professionals were guided into a serene and harmonious world where a beautician would be happy to be invisible to others. I tried to learn it for a while, until I realised that it didn’t work that way. I decided to be my authentic self and let the laughter flow.

I hope the same for you. You will only be able to do this wonderful customer service job in your best glow by being your wonderful self. When we share common values and a passion for our work, that’s enough. As individuals, we can have very different personalities from one another.

I myself do client work among other beauticians on a regular basis, because I don’t want to run an ivory tower business whose main fuel is people. I promise that I will always have time to listen and react to what I hear. The most important thing is that communication in the work community works in every direction.

I also put a lot of effort into marketing Fenix, which is carried out by top professionals in the field. This gives your expertise visibility as part of a polished brand. Another important message for contractors is that Fenix is always there for you, even in difficult situations, and has your back, so to speak.
