Service promise 1
“There, I’ve put a mask on you now and we’ll let it work for fifteen minutes and then I’ll be back.” This is a phrase you will never hear in our beauty salons!
When you book an hour or two of service with us, we will also serve you for the duration of the service. We will serve you for your money and make sure that you are in good hands at every stage of your treatment.
Service promises 2 + 3
Our services are the same for everyone. Each of our beauty services is a well-defined package, for which each of our employees is trained. You can trust that our pedicures, for example, involve the same steps at each of our locations and for each practitioner.
But our professionals are not the same, and we don’t want any of them to leave their own personal style on the coat hanger when they enter the salon. Our trained beauty professionals love what they do with their whole personality, and that’s what we encourage them to do. Both our clients and our professionals are allowed to be 100% themselves. It’s important to us that our clients can find the right trusted beauty professional among our staff, and that they can find the right person whom they are in sync with.
Service promise 4
Hygiene and safety are a given for us. All Fenix employees are trained professionals in their field.
We could also mention that a basic vocational education in hair or beauty school is a given for us, and there is not a single “self-taught YouTube professional” among us.
